Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User upon registration with ph47, used to access our services and maintain transaction records.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in a User's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives provided by ph47, subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Games" means all casino games, slots, table games, live dealer games, and other gaming products offered through the ph47 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification, age verification, and address confirmation requirements.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by Users using accepted payment methods, as distinguished from Bonus Funds.
• "Website" means the ph47.cam domain and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and platforms through which our services are provided.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account and participate in real money gaming activities on the ph47 platform. This age requirement complies with Philippine gaming regulations established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

Our services are intended primarily for Users physically located in the Republic of the Philippines. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of ph47 services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction of residence. ph47 reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by law.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create an Account, Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Valid email address
• Active Philippine mobile phone number
• Date of birth for age verification purposes
• Residential address within the Philippines

2.4 Account Limitations

Each User is permitted only one (1) Account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from ph47 services. Users found operating multiple accounts will have all accounts closed, deposits returned (minus any winnings), and be prohibited from future registration.

2.5 Verification Procedures

ph47 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify User identity, age, payment methods, and source of funds. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, Postal ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Credential Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. ph47 will never request your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

Users must immediately notify ph47 customer support of any suspected unauthorized access to their Account or any security breach. ph47 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access unless such access results directly from ph47's negligence or security failures.

3.3 Account Suspension Rights

ph47 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at our sole discretion if we reasonably suspect:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Use of automated betting systems or bots
• Collusion with other players
• Abuse of promotional offers or bonus terms
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Underage gambling or account sharing

3.4 Account Closure by User

Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; Users wishing to return must register a new Account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph47 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), direct bank transfers through major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. ph47 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via electronic wallets (GCash, Maya) typically credit to User Accounts instantly. Bank transfers may require 15 minutes to 2 hours for processing, depending on the issuing bank. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation, typically completing within 30 minutes. Users are responsible for ensuring accurate deposit information; ph47 cannot be held liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses or accounts.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

Users may request withdrawals of their Real Money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC verification procedures
• Fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds
• Use of the same payment method for withdrawal as was used for deposit (where technically feasible)
• Minimum withdrawal amount of PHP 100 for e-wallets, PHP 500 for bank transfers

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

ph47 endeavors to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• GCash and Maya: 15-30 minutes (average)
• Bank transfers: 1-24 hours
• Cryptocurrency: 30 minutes to 2 hours (dependent on blockchain congestion)

Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or when additional verification is required. Withdrawals requested on Philippine public holidays may experience delays.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

ph47 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with Philippine regulations. Users must wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal requests will be processed. ph47 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction patterns and may request additional documentation regarding the source of funds. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering activities will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant Philippine authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Promotional Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ph47 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Users must read and understand promotional terms before accepting any bonus, as different promotions may have varying wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to Real Money and withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount. Only real money wagers count toward wagering requirements. Different games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ph47 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity that demonstrates exploitation of promotional terms. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, accounts suspended, and may face permanent exclusion from ph47 services.

5.4 Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been completed. If a User requests withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited, and only the User's deposited Real Money balance (if any remains) will be returned.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the ph47 platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been tested and certified by independent third-party testing agencies. Game outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by ph47 or any User. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and represent long-term statistical averages over millions of game rounds.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games
• Using VPN or proxy services to disguise location or identity
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access game source code
• Engaging in chip dumping, card counting software, or other advantage play techniques prohibited in online gaming

6.3 Irregular Play Patterns

ph47 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect irregular play patterns that may indicate fraudulent activity or terms violations. If irregular patterns are detected, ph47 reserves the right to suspend the Account, void associated winnings, and conduct a thorough investigation before processing any withdrawals.

6.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure during gameplay, all affected game rounds are void and stakes returned to affected Users. ph47 is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond the return of stakes for affected game rounds.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership

All content on the ph47 platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of ph47 or our licensed content providers. These materials are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ph47 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to download, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph47 content without express written permission.

7.3 Trademark Usage

The ph47 name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the exclusive property of ph47. Users may not use these marks without prior written authorization. Any unauthorized use may constitute trademark infringement subject to legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The ph47 services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, ph47 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph47 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, including internet connectivity issues or server downtime

8.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall ph47's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to ph47 in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is greater.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Internal Complaint Process

Users who have disputes or complaints regarding their Account, transactions, game outcomes, or any aspect of ph47 services should first contact our customer support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

9.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ph47 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

9.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

If internal resolution efforts fail, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation and mediation before pursuing litigation. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Amendments

ph47 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email or prominent notice on our website at least thirty (30) days before taking effect. Continued use of ph47 services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph47 regarding use of our services, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.

10.4 Assignment

Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without ph47's prior written consent. ph47 may assign its rights and obligations without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.

10.5 Waiver

No waiver by ph47 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure by ph47 to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
